Getting someone to come out to our pool (in Seneca) is easy - a simple text to Stephanie - and prompt. John, the pool tech always texts me as he nears the house and, if we are not home, after he has checked the chemistry. He even lowered the pool water level while we were away during a period of heavy rain.
